CerviPact: “A Promise to Protect” is a comprehensive initiative launched by the Eusuf Memorial Society in collaboration with Dew Care Hospital and Research Centre to combat cervical cancer and improve women’s health, particularly in rural and underprivileged communities. Cervical cancer is a leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women in India, which accounts for 21% of global cases and 20% of related deaths. The lack of awareness, limited access to screening, and poor reproductive hygiene contribute to the high prevalence of this preventable disease.

Our Mission:
CerviPact aims to reduce cervical cancer through a multi-pronged approach:
- Awareness & Education: Educating women about cervical cancer, its causes (HPV infection), symptoms, and preventive measures.
- HPV Vaccination: Promoting HPV vaccination for adolescent girls and women to prevent future cases of cervical cancer.
- Screening & Early Detection: Providing free or subsidized cervical cancer screenings, including Pap smears and HPV tests, to detect abnormalities early.
- Menstrual & Personal Hygiene: Encouraging proper menstrual hygiene practices to reduce infections and related health risks.
- Capacity Building: Training healthcare workers and volunteers to sustain awareness and screening efforts in communities.
- Advocacy & Policy Engagement: Collaborating with governments and health agencies to improve policies and funding for cervical cancer prevention.

- Distribution of pamphlets, posters, and booklets in local languages.
- Use of radio, television, and social media to spread awareness.
- Engaging street plays, skits, and storytelling to make information accessible.
Health Camps & Screenings:
- Mobile health camps offering free cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears, HPV tests).
- Partnerships with hospitals for subsidized or free screenings.
- Referral systems for women needing further medical care.
HPV Vaccination Drives:
- Vaccination camps in schools and community centers.
- Counseling sessions for parents to encourage vaccination for their daughters.
- Financial assistance for families who cannot afford the vaccine.
Training Healthcare Workers:
- Training programs for local healthcare workers and volunteers on cervical cancer screening, hygiene education, and community outreach.
- Providing resource materials and toolkits for effective engagement.

- Establish local women’s health committees to continue education and outreach.
